History Forever In a Day started in the Winter on 1999. Mike and Joe, and Mitch had just been in a rapcore band that previous year. None of us were doing anything musical through the summer of 1999 either. One night Joe and Mike, saw eachother at a Sleeping At Last show. After the show, Mike and Joe talked for a while and desided that they were both tired of sitting around waiting for something to happen, and that they wanted to start a band. The next day Joe went over to Mike's house to jam, and they both showed eachother some stuff that they came up with, and they loved it. A few day's later Mitch came over, and we knew we had something special.
But we thought we needed more power, so we searched for another guitar player. We came across Josh Swanner. Josh had played bass in a band before, and was the bass player for the high school jazz band. Mike asked Josh to join the band, we was up for it. Thus starting Forever in a Day. We have matured, as a band greatly over the basr few months. We are learning to play, write, and record much better, and we are quickley gaining popularity in the western suburbs, of Chicago.
